Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Refill Authorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patients' medication orders for safety and appropriateness, and make evidence-based interventions
• Oversee timely preparation and delivery of medications, ensuring secure storage and workflow efficiency
• Provide patient counseling and medication education while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
• License to practice pharmacy in the state of practice and dispense controlled substances
• Current knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Immunization certification if applicable to practice site needs
• Preferred experience in retail pharmacy or health system pharmacy, with refill authorization experience
