Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and support to supervisees, ensuring quality client care
• Manage staff development, performance evaluations, and address employee relations issues
• Establish quality assurance measures and maintain compliance with ethical standards and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD/PsyD in psychology, social work, or counseling
• Clinical Licensure (LMFT, LCMHC, LPC, PhD, PsyD) required
• Proven experience in clinical supervision within a healthcare or mental health setting
• Strong knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory requirements
• Prior experience leading and managing employees and teams preferred
