Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Triage Nurse to work from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical telephone support to patients and assist with care coordination
• Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare providers for prescriptions and referrals
• Manage electronic communications and follow-up nursing activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of residence and California RN license required before start date
• Two years of practical nursing experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience in multiple specialties, with OB/GYN experience preferred
• Proficient in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office Suite
