Job Summary
Providing clinical oversight and consultation, the part-time Utah Licensed Collaborating Psychiatrist will support a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals remotely, focusing on innovative mental health interventions and quality assurance in service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to mental health professionals, including MNHP and LCSWs
- Offer expert consultation on complex cases, treatment planning, and medication management
- Ensure adherence to best practices, ethical guidelines, and regulatory standards in mental health services
Required qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Psychiatry
- Active and unrestricted licensure in Utah
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a psychiatrist, with a strong background in evidence-based practices
- Active or eligible medical staff privileges at an Intermountain Health facility in Utah, or ability to obtain privileges prior to start date
