Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Representative to join their remote collections team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact consumers with past due balances to help them find resolutions
• Negotiate acceptable payment arrangements while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Participate in virtual training to learn technology, laws, and standards related to debt collection

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in resolving challenging customer situations
• Ability to self-manage and maintain attendance during scheduled hours
• Private workspace and reliable internet connection for remote work
• Experience in medical or other bill collection is a plus, but not mandatory
