Utah Licensed Collections Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past due accounts while providing exceptional customer service, working remotely within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on accounts that are past due
• Deliver top-tier support and service to customers
• Participate in a mandatory 5-week virtual training program

Required qualifications

• Customer service and prior collections experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, and must be 18 years or older
• Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with experience using multiple software applications
• Experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Verified Spanish fluency is preferred for a pay increase
