Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Compensation Consultant to support compensation programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather feedback, analyze data, and provide recommendations for compensation proposals
• Develop education and training materials on compensation projects and policies
• Act as the primary contact for compensation inquiries and manage service ticket requests

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline
• Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with discretion
• Experience in project management with a focus on accuracy and decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and recommend solutions
• Experience working cross-functionally with leaders and employees in various settings
