Job Summary
To support compensation programs and initiatives, the full-time Utah Licensed Compensation Consultant will analyze data, provide recommendations, and collaborate with HR leaders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Gather feedback and analyze data to provide recommendations on compensation proposals
- Develop and deliver educational materials regarding compensation policies and procedures
- Manage service ticket requests related to compensation topics, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Required qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and recommend solutions
- Effective project management skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience working cross-functionally with leaders and employees
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
