Job Summary

To support compensation programs and initiatives, the full-time Utah Licensed Compensation Consultant will analyze data, provide recommendations, and collaborate with HR leaders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Gather feedback and analyze data to provide recommendations on compensation proposals
• Develop and deliver educational materials regarding compensation policies and procedures
• Manage service ticket requests related to compensation topics, ensuring timely and accurate responses

Required qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, Finance, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and recommend solutions
• Effective project management skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Experience working cross-functionally with leaders and employees
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
