Job Summary
A company is looking for a part-time, contract Therapist (Independent Contract Provider).
Key Responsibilities
- Treat clients remotely on a secure, HIPAA compliant platform
- Conduct client sessions via video, audio, and live messaging services
- Complete required clinical documentation after each session
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice independently in the state of Utah
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
- Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy
- Individual NPI number
- Reliable internet connection and video-capable device
