Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting team, ensuring collaboration and quality of work
• Coordinate with external auditors to meet deadlines and complete audits
• Oversee the month-end close process and ensure accuracy of GAAP financial statements

Required Qualifications

• CPA license
• Experience in SaaS businesses, including private equity-backed companies
• IPO readiness experience
• Big 4 accounting firm experience
• Ability to present reconciliations between GAAP and non-GAAP reporting
