Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Utah Licensed Customer Service Agent, the full-time position will manage inbound customer inquiries, provide product information, and build rapport with clients in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer requests courteously and professionally
- Research distributor-related issues to resolve problems promptly
- Upsell promotions and contribute ideas for improving customer service and productivity
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of related customer service experience or equivalent training
- Background in network marketing is a plus
- Must be computer literate and able to learn customer service software applications
- Ability to communicate verbally in English and Spanish
