Job Summary
Leading the enterprise-wide cybersecurity incident response and insider threat program, the full-time Utah Licensed Cybersecurity Manager will prepare the organization to detect, respond to, and recover from cybersecurity incidents while collaborating with various departments to manage high-impact situations and enhance operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise cybersecurity incident response program, including preparation, detection, and recovery activities
- Own and operate the Insider Threat Program, defining detection and response processes across people, process, and technology
- Collaborate with SOC leadership to enhance monitoring and response automation while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or incident response with progressive responsibility
- 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing cybersecurity operations or incident response
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience required
- CISSP certification strongly preferred; other relevant certifications such as GCIH or CISM are desirable
- Experience in leading enterprise-scale incident response programs, preferably in financial services or regulated industries
