Job Summary

Seeking a Utah Licensed Doctor of Optometry, the full-time or part-time Independent Contractor will conduct comprehensive eye exams remotely using patented technology, providing flexible scheduling options for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Examine patients in the state(s) where licensed through remote technology
• Communicate with patients using specialized video conference technology
• Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with support from Ophthalmic Technicians

Required qualifications

• Current Utah state license as a Doctor of Optometry
• Experience with tele-optometry or remote patient care is preferred
• Ability to work independently as an Independent Contractor
• Multiple state licenses are a plus
• Willingness to undergo credentialing and training as needed
