Seeking a part-time Utah Licensed Escrow Officer, the successful candidate will manage residential escrow transactions from opening through funding and disbursement, ensuring compliance with regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage residential escrow transactions from file opening through closing
- Prepare and review settlement statements for accuracy
- Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and title staff to facilitate successful closings
Required qualifications
- Active Utah Escrow Officer License in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of combined title examination and escrow closing experience
- Experience handling residential real estate transactions from opening through closing
- Strong knowledge of escrow funding, settlement statements, and trust account management
- Ability to meet Utah licensing affiliation requirements (maximum of two company affiliations)
