Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial leader for assigned client companies, overseeing the finance function
• Translate financial data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Own the financial narrative and reporting delivered to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Significant senior-level finance leadership experience in commercial construction or home services
• Expertise in construction-specific financial operations, including job costing and cash flow forecasting
• Experience with companies ranging from $20M to $250M+ in annual revenue
• Working knowledge of GAAP and construction-related accounting standards
