Job Summary
To support organizational goals, the full-time salaried Utah Licensed HR Business Partner will manage employee relations, coach leaders for team engagement, and leverage data analytics to provide strategic HR solutions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases and investigations while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations
- Coach and influence leaders to enhance team engagement and culture for improved business outcomes
- Utilize analytical tools to provide data-informed recommendations aligned with organizational strategies
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in leveraging HR practices to achieve business results
- Experience conducting employee relations investigations independently
- Ability to manage a large workload with autonomy in a remote team environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (FLSA, FMLA, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field from an accredited institution, preferred
