Utah Licensed HR Generalist

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Utah Licensed HR Generalist, this remote position will manage payroll processing, benefits coordination, and multi-state compliance while supporting onboarding and day-to-day HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Post and manage job openings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews
• Process payroll accurately across multiple pay cadences and states, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain HR documents, and assist with employee relations inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR coordinator role
• Hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting coordination
• Proficiency with HRIS systems; Rippling experience strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of HR compliance across multiple states
