Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening and issue resolution
• Work with confidential customer information and assist with pricing and contract inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an active resident producer Property & Casualty license
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
