Job Summary

Engaging with active insurance shoppers, the full-time Utah Licensed Insurance Sales Representative will handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and SMS in a remote work environment while utilizing insurance expertise to recommend tailored solutions and convert warm leads into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers through various communication channels in a remote call center environment
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products to address coverage gaps
• Utilize a consultative sales strategy to convert leads into customers without cold calling

Required qualifications

• Active Utah Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license
• Experience in a sales environment, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong understanding of insurance products and coverage options
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
