Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Counsel to manage litigation and pre-litigation matters across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide litigation advice on various matters, including IP and privacy litigation
• Draft and review pleadings, settlement agreements, and manage outside counsel
• Participate in mediations and arbitrations, and manage the company's litigation docket

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, including judicial clerkship and/or Big Law experience
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and active member of at least one U.S. state bar
• Experience in IP litigation or privacy litigation preferred
• Strong writing skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Self-starter with a collaborative approach and a sense of humor
