Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer who will work remotely and must reside in Utah.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business from loan application to funding of Knock Bridge Loans, meeting monthly sales targets
Collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent experience for customers and business partners
Maintain compliance with regulations and oversee the loan application pipeline

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer focused on purchase loans
Active NMLS license
Familiarity with FNMA and FHLMC guidelines; experience with non-conforming loans is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Experience working 100% remote in prior positions
