Utah Licensed Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to support the loan application process and assist Loan Officers in closing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officers by gathering required documentation for loan applications
• Manage a pipeline of over 200 loan applications per month and ensure timely follow-up on disclosed loans
• Provide support to both Loan Officers and Loan Assistants with borrower requests and file assignments

Required Qualifications

• Located in the state of Utah
• 1+ year of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or Sales Assistant
• Active NMLS license or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire
• Experience with Encompass, Meridian Link, Blend, and/or Google Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
