Job Summary

A company is looking for a Logistics Analyst (REMOTE/Occasional Field Work) - Utah Only.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy workforce management strategies and templates for call centers
Analyze trends related to call handle time and volume to improve forecasts and plans
Maintain staffing requirements and manage HR-related activities to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies in call centers
Expert level understanding of call center operations, processes, and analytics
Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred certifications such as Six Sigma, PMI, or Workforce Certification
