Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Outpatient / Provider Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise medical coding operations and train coding staff
• Monitor employee productivity and manage performance evaluations
• Identify and resolve coding-related issues while facilitating communication within the team

Required Qualifications

• Certification from AHIMA or AAPC (e.g., CPC, CCS, RHIA)
• Three years of coding, clinical, or billing experience
• Three years of supervisory experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of clinical documentation and reimbursement systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
