Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare & Medicaid Eligibility Specialist, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts telephonic outreach for members applying or recertifying for Medicaid programs
• Collaborates with government offices to ensure accurate application and recertification processes
• Secures necessary documentation for Medicaid/MSP renewal applications

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid programs and screening for Medicaid eligibility
• Expertise in Medicaid, Special Needs Programs (SNP), Low Income Subsidy (LIS), and Medicare Savings Program (MSP)
• 2-3 years of related experience with direct consumer interaction
• Ability to analyze and interpret governmental program criteria
• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree is a plus
