Job Summary

Experienced and motivated, the full-time Utah Licensed Mortgage Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, including sales, recruiting, and staff supervision, while collaborating with the sales and operations teams in the Salt Lake City area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all branch activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines
• Recruit top mortgage professionals and develop strategic client relationships
• Coordinate sales and operations team meetings to meet company goals and objectives

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
