Job Summary

A company is looking for a REMOTE Assumptions Mortgage Loan Consultant with a Utah License.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete education program and obtain necessary licensure for assumption mortgage loans
• Counsel customers on the assumption loan program and pre-qualify potential borrowers
• Originate applications and monitor the loan process, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for an active Utah NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license
• Ability to maintain licenses and complete continuing education requirements
• An associate's degree is required
• Working knowledge of conventional and government loan programs
• 2+ years of mortgage industry experience is preferred
