Utah Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

As a contract Utah Licensed Nurse Practitioner, the role focuses on providing essential clinical care through virtual appointments, including psychiatric evaluations and medication management, while working remotely on a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via 60-minute intake and follow-up appointments
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Document treatment recommendations, prescribe psychiatric medications, and ensure adherence to clinical best practices

Required qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program or an accredited PA program with relevant certification
• Unrestricted state license in Utah
• A minimum of 2 years in practice
• Active DEA license preferred for NPs and PA-Cs
• Experience or certification in treating minors is a plus
