Job Summary

Seeking a passionate and student-centered Adjunct Nursing Faculty member for a fully remote, contract position who will teach asynchronous nursing courses, engage and mentor students, and support their academic achievement and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create an inclusive and supportive online classroom environment that fosters student engagement and participation
• Deliver high-quality online instruction for RN-BSN and BSN courses, ensuring content is organized and accessible
• Maintain accurate records, communicate proactively with student services, and participate in faculty development initiatives

Required qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
• Passion for teaching and student development
• Comfort with online learning platforms and virtual instruction
