Utah Licensed Outside Claims Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the full-time remote Utah Licensed Outside Claims Associate will manage 1st party property claims, participate in structured training, and gather information from various stakeholders while working in the Salt Lake City or Utah County area.

Key responsibilities

• Actively participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies and claim processes
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under close supervision
• Gather and analyze information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers

Required qualifications

• Must be a licensed claims associate in Utah
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to the assigned territory at personal expense
• Completion of a structured training program in claims handling and customer service
• Ability to analyze relevant documents such as leases and contracts
• Strong interest in developing skills in claims management
