Job Summary

A company is looking for a PB Coding Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, strategy, and direction for claims production processes
• Manage team budget and perform human resources responsibilities for direct reports
• Monitor and provide training to enhance the skills and knowledge of Claims Management Team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare-related field or equivalent work experience
• Leadership experience
• Experience in CPT and ICD coding, professional claims management, and clinic operations
• Knowledge of payer processes
• Preferred: Five years of experience in clinic operations or professional billing
