Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Performance and Test Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Performance Engineers and SDETs, defining the vision and roadmap for performance engineering and automated testing
• Own the performance engineering discipline, overseeing load and stress testing and enhancing observability tooling
• Develop scalable test automation frameworks and establish quality metrics, collaborating with engineering teams to integrate automated practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in Quality Engineering, Performance Engineering, or SDET leadership
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams
• Strong hands-on understanding of performance engineering and test design
• Deep experience with modern test automation frameworks
• Solid understanding of observability practices and tools
