Job Summary

A company is looking for an Electives and World Language Program Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program mentors, ensuring engagement and accountability
• Oversee program administration, including hiring, registration, and team motivation
• Monitor and optimize curriculum changes, ensuring alignment with standards and timely updates

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed in their area of expertise, if required
• Experience in the curriculum and at least one year of mentoring in their program area
• Must teach at least one live section in the designated program
• Ability to inspire confidence and support team members while holding them accountable
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a proactive approach to feedback
