Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 15+ years of property tax experience, including valuation and appeals
• Proficiency with real estate valuation models and office software
• Preferred professional designations such as CMI or CCIM
• Active participation in local and national professional organizations is preferred
