Job Summary
Seeking both part-time and full-time Utah Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to conduct tele-psychiatric visits, collaboratively develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing client care in a remote environment with flexible scheduling options.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans for clients, incorporating medication and therapy as needed
- Proactively follow up with clients monthly to assess treatment efficacy and adjust care plans accordingly
- Provide various modalities of talk therapy to meet client preferences for combined medication and therapy appointments
Required qualifications:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Active Utah Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License
- ANCC Board Certification
- 2+ years of experience in adult mental health
- DEA Certification
