Utah Licensed Psychiatrist

Job Summary

To provide comprehensive mental health care, the contract Utah Licensed Psychiatrist will conduct 60-minute video intake appointments and follow-up sessions, manage psychiatric medications, and create patient-centered treatment plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management through video appointments
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments for medication treatment
• Construct and document patient-centered treatment plans while prescribing medications

Required qualifications:

• Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry
• Unrestricted state license in Utah; other states are a plus
• Active DEA license preferred
• Ability to provide care for a full range of psychiatric diagnoses
• Full-time resident of the United States
