Job Summary
Providing specialized fitness instruction, the part-time Utah Licensed Qigong Instructor will assess participant needs, adapt class curriculums, and teach classes remotely while promoting fitness activities and ensuring necessary supplies are available.
Key responsibilities
- Assess participant needs and adjust class curriculum to enhance exercise efficiency
- Participate in marketing and promotion of fitness classes, developing communication tools as needed
- Teach classes while adapting strategies based on participant feedback to improve educational delivery
Required qualifications
- Current and applicable 'Group Fitness Certification' (e.g., AFAA, ACE, ISMA, ACSM) or approved specialty fitness certification
- Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- 1 year of experience in teaching group fitness, preferred
