Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Risk Advisor to join their remote sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound, marketing-generated leads into active policyholders through consultative sales
• Assess the unique risks and coverage needs of small business clients and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records of lead status and interactions

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales, preferably within insurance or financial services
• Familiarity with small business insurance products or the ability to learn quickly
• Proficiency using CRM platforms to manage pipelines and track interactions
• Active insurance license or ability to obtain and maintain required licensing
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, inbound sales environment
