Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive growth in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct high-volume outreach and maintain a clean CRM for pipeline management
  • Book and hand off high-quality discovery calls to the Account Executive team
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a high-velocity SMB SaaS or marketplace
  • Proven cold calling experience and comfort with daily outbound calling
  • Understanding of strong SMB sales motions, including short cycles and high volume
  • Organized and accountable with a focus on maintaining pipeline hygiene
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
