Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide advanced administrative support and enhance team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor peers and assist with onboarding and training initiatives
- Contribute to special projects and implement process improvements
- Prepare and distribute essential insurance documents and maintain program accuracy
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of insurance or surplus lines industry experience, or a valid Property & Casualty license with 12+ months of CSR or administrative support experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance administrative processes and AMS operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
