Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide advanced administrative support and enhance team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor peers and assist with onboarding and training initiatives
  • Contribute to special projects and implement process improvements
  • Prepare and distribute essential insurance documents and maintain program accuracy
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of insurance or surplus lines industry experience, or a valid Property & Casualty license with 12+ months of CSR or administrative support experience
  • Strong knowledge of insurance administrative processes and AMS operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
