Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Informaticist to innovate and improve healthcare technology and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform workflow and system analysis for software development and configuration related to EHR and HIT initiatives
• Act as a liaison between business and clinical users and software development teams to ensure effective technology solutions
• Engage in the implementation, training, and process improvement of clinical applications

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in informatics, including gap analysis and clinical workflow analysis
• Experience influencing clinical leaders and managing complex projects or initiatives
• Familiarity with Cerner, Epic, or other EHR vendors and health information technology
• Registered Nurse or other licensed clinical incumbents must hold current state licensure
• Experience or training in Continuous Improvement methodologies
