Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Utah Licensed Senior Loan Officer will meet with prospective homebuyers to assess their financing needs, educate them on loan options, and guide them through the mortgage process while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with prospective homebuyers to assess their financing needs and educate them about loan options
- Collect and review financial information, structure appropriate loan scenarios, and guide borrowers through the mortgage process
- Maintain proactive communication with borrowers, real estate agents, and transaction partners while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator license and NMLS registration
- Previous mortgage origination experience
- Working knowledge of mortgage guidelines, income calculations, and loan structuring
- Ability to manage multiple borrowers and transactions in a remote environment
- Comfortable using mortgage technology and CRM systems
