Job Summary

A company is looking for a Small Employer Representative I-1 to assist brokers and members in the sale of Individual Plans and Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and assist brokers with the sale of Individual Plan and Small Employer products
• Educate potential and existing members on selecting appropriate insurance plans
• Attend sales events and interact with brokers, customers, and other departments professionally

Required Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience
• Two years of sales experience
• Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet programs, and internet navigation
• Understanding of health insurance and familiarity with eligibility systems
• Experience in the health insurance industry is preferred
