Job Summary
Providing day-to-day local and remote desktop support, the full-time Utah Licensed Support Administrator will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage ticketing systems, and collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure effective resolution of complex incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level contact for customer issues, ensuring timely communication and updates on ticket status
- Perform root cause analysis on escalated incidents and implement solutions to resolve technical and security issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance and remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, and printers, while supporting various devices used in manufacturing lines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, and helpdesk ticketing systems
- Familiarity with network, server, and storage devices, as well as mobile device management
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
