Job Summary

Supporting a team of self-pay collectors, the full-time remote Utah Licensed Team Lead Collector will manage inbound and outbound patient communications regarding outstanding balances, payment plans, and account updates.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist team members with inbound calls from patients about outstanding balances, including payment processing and updates
  • Manage and audit payment plans while making outbound calls regarding declined payments and necessary adjustments
  • Create and update aging account reports, facilitating communication with patients about their outstanding balances
Required qualifications
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Leadership skills to inspire and guide team members
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on task completion
  • Self-starter motivated to perform independently
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
