Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Field customer calls and troubleshoot advanced equipment issues
• Document and update records in required information systems
• Deescalate customer concerns and resolve complex issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing in Utah
• Typing speed of a minimum of 40 words per minute
• Must provide own equipment, including a compatible computer and internet connection
• Cannot be located in CA, CT, DC, ME, or WA
