Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a 6-month paid training program to become an expert in customer account and technical support
• Field customer calls, troubleshoot advanced equipment issues, and document records accurately
• Deescalate complex customer issues and generate referrals through promotions and services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the State of Utah
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
• Must provide own equipment, including a compatible computer and reliable internet connection
• Cannot be located in CA, CT, DC, ME, or WA
