Job Summary

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Utah Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment, managing a consistent caseload with minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute intakes and follow-up sessions for clients with various mental health concerns
• Maintain clinical autonomy while adhering to evidence-based standards and operational guidelines
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive full operational support for scheduling and billing

Required qualifications

• Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
• Experience managing a consistent outpatient caseload
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
• Experience in structured clinical settings and with skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT-informed care) is highly desired
