Utah Licensed Therapist II

Job Summary

To support a flexible practice, the part-time Utah Licensed Therapist II will conduct mental health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy interventions in a hybrid remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy interventions collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and maintain timely documentation

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College
• Fully licensed with no supervision required (LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, LPC, LCPC)
• Active DOPL license
• Must reside in Utah
