Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with itinerary changes, cancellations, and rebooking for various travel services
- Utilize GDS tools to manage flight and travel bookings efficiently
- Provide prompt and empathetic support while resolving complex travel issues
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the travel industry, travel agency, or online travel agency
- Proficiency with Sabre or a similar GDS system
- Strong understanding of airline fare rules and hotel cancellation policies
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
